Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
For customized or personalized items, orders cannot be cancelled or returned if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. Design modifications may be possible - please contact us at ask@jetawaybags.com to discuss options. Additional fees may apply for order modifications and reproduction.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by JetAway Bags
- Are in their original condition
- Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Were incorrectly shipped items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items (after 24 hours)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items with removed tags or packaging
- Used or damaged items (unless received in this condition)
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at ask@jetawaybags.com to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions
- Package the item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging
- Ship to the provided return address (not the original shipping address)
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item
- We will notify you about the status of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- For orders with multiple items, refunds will only be issued for returned items
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by shipping carrier
- Items damaged due to improper return packaging
