Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

For customized or personalized items, orders cannot be cancelled or returned if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. Design modifications may be possible - please contact us at ask@jetawaybags.com to discuss options. Additional fees may apply for order modifications and reproduction.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging
  5. Ship to the provided return address (not the original shipping address)
  6. Keep your tracking number for reference
